Common questions

Does one account work in both apps?

Yes. Sign up once in either app. The side menu has Open Stock In-Out / Open Quotation Maker, which opens the other app already signed in. Products are shared, so what you stock is what you quote.

How do I add my team?

In Quotation Maker: Settings → Manage users → Invite a user. The person gets a link to join your business; you choose what each person can do.

I forgot my password.

Email support@magicteams.ai from the address you signed up with and we will reset it for you.

My PDF shows the wrong logo or details.

Open Settings → Business and Settings → Letterhead to change your business name, address, GSTIN, logo and signature. New PDFs use them straight away.

Can I use it on a computer?

Yes — sign in at Quotation Maker on the web or Stock In-Out on the web with the same account.

How do I delete my account?

In either app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. See Delete your account for exactly what is removed.
